  • 1. General provisions
  1. The data controller is the website https://ecutun.pl. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it directly follows from the description).
  3. For a better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You”, and “Controller” – with “We”. The term “GDPR” means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/WE.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. To this end, secure communication encryption protocols (SSL) are used, among other things.
  5. Personal data provided in the landing page form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

  1. The service provider is the data controller of its customers’ data. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the data controller of persons subscribed to the newsletter.
  3. Personal data is processed:
  • In accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data.
  • In accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy.
  • To the extent and for the purposes necessary to conclude, shape the content of the Agreement, its amendment or termination, and to properly perform the services provided electronically.
  • To the extent and for the purposes necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

  1. Each person whose data is processed (if we are their controller) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Parameters allow reading information contained therein only to the server that created them. Cookies facilitate the use of previously visited sites. The collected information concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, ISP, information about the time and date, location, and information sent to the website via the contact form.
