Description of options and systems
Stage 1 – safe level of tuning. You can save DPF, EGR, SCR and other systems in working condition. Just programming of ECU.
Stage 2 — stronger level of tuning. The aim is to get maximum power at the existing configuration. Delete of all ecological systems is recommended.
DPF – is an option for DPF delete. Diesel particulate filter or FAP is the detail installed in exhaust system of diesel engine.
EGR – is an option for EGR delete. . Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve is the element responsible for diversion of part of the exhaust gases into the intake system.
Vmax – is an option for the delete of limit of maximum speed. Sometimes there is an opportunity to set the necessary limit. See description to the required ECU.
VSA – is an option for the delete of swirl flaps in the intake manifold.
DTC – is an option for the delete of DTC from the software of ECU. DTC won’t be seen even if the systems are faulty.
AdBlue – is an option for the delete of AdBlue. SCR is an exhaust gas purification system designed to reduce nitrogen oxides in emitted exhaust gases.
TVA – is an option to remove the throttle.
Immo – is an option for immobilizer system remove.
StartStop – is an option to disable Start-Stop system.
Decat – is an option for catalytic monitoring disable.
ColdStart – is an option to disable the catalyst heating system.
Maf – is an option to disable mass air flow sensor.
SportDisp – is a calibration of sport displays.
CVN – is calculating of special checksum CVN. Calibration Verification Number is a special checksum which is used for check of authenticity of ECU software. CVN compliance does not affect the operation of the control unit. If CVN doesn’t correspond to original value the warranty of the vehicle can be released or technical inspection may be refused.
CHK – calculation of checksum. If the checksum is not correct, the engine won’t start or will work in limp mode.
Readiness – is a readiness code consisting of 8 bits, each of which corresponds to one controlled emissions “system” in a vehicle equipped with an OBD-II system. When all readiness bits show Pass, it means all systems have been tested and the vehicle has passed the test. We can adjust the readiness codes (always OK) regardless of the current state of the system.
HotStart – some cars have a starting a hot engine problem. We fix this problem by reprogramming the ECU.
ExhFlap – is an option to disable the flap in the exhaust system. The exhaust flap is a valve installed in the last muffler, and the main purpose of this part is to reduce noise during cold starts.
GPF – is an option to disable GPF/OPF. The GPF filter (petrol particulate filter) or OPF (German: Ottopartikelfilter) is essentially the same device that we have known in diesel engines (DPF or FAP) for over 20 years.
Evap – is an option to disable the Evap system. System for absorbing fuel vapors from the tank; a solution used in automobiles to reduce emissions of fuel vapors from the tank into the environment.
SAP – is an option to disable the SAP system. The secondary air injection system is designed to clean up exhaust gas residues. This is a valve that allows fresh air to be taken from the intake manifold and sent directly to the exhaust manifold.
Pop&Bang — Pop & bangs, crackles, burbles, shooting flames – is a sound effect that is becoming increasingly popular in the world of car tuning. It supposes releasing an explosion from the exhaust system when the engine speed is reduced, producing a unique popping sound.
AGS – is an option to disable AGS. Active Grille Shutter (AGS) is a system that performs the key function of selectively allowing or restricting airflow by automatically opening and closing the blinds based on real-time demand
Ori – is a request for the original ECU file.
Nox – is an option to disable the NOX sensor (petrol engine).
1T – is an option to disable the turbine temperature sensor (EGT).
Inspection – sometimes after removing the DPF the vehicle fails emissions tests. We can edit the software so that emissions will pass. The program is intended only for going through technical inspection.

DPF — You can disconnect DPF pressure and temperature sensors. You must do a DPF replacement/reset via a scan tool.
EGR – you must disconnect/shut off the vacuum line, as the solenoid valve often fails.
VSA – actuator plug must be disconnected!
TVA – actuator plug must be disconnected!
Vmax – we can remove the limiter or set the desired value.
LSU – probe must be disconnected.
MAF – MAF must be disconnected.

DPF — You can disconnect DPF pressure and temperature sensors. You must do a DPF replacement/reset via a scan tool.
EGR – you must shut off the EGR physically or leave the connector on a good valve. In case of removing the DPF, you must physically shut off the second EGR valve.
AdBlue – you must disconnect the SCR module and the NOX sensor. Dashboard and Head unit coding may be required.
VSA – actuator plug must be disconnected!
TVA – actuator plug must be disconnected!

DPF — You can disconnect DPF pressure and temperature sensors. You must do a DPF replacement/reset via a scan tool.
EGR – you must shut off the EGR physically or leave the connector on a good valve. In case of removing the DPF, you must physically shut off the second EGR valve.
AdBlue – you must disconnect the SCR module and the NOX sensor. Dashboard and Head unit coding may be required.
VSA – actuator plug must be disconnected!
TVA – actuator plug must be disconnected!
Vmax – we can remove the limiter or set the desired value.
